Before downloading and installing the BootFlash utility you must first install the Microsoft DotNet Framework. If you have not already done this download the file dotnetfx.exe and install it by double clicking it's icon and following the instructions.

Download the Boot-Flash utility install file, XP4_Setup_1v3.msi to the Windows Desktop. Double click the file icon to begin installation.
Note: Version 1.3 of the Boot-Flasher lets you save and restore ‘Favorites List’. Also fixes ‘Receive Timeout’ problem. Includes detailed help menu with instructions for upgrading.
